Welcome to Oregon Prep & Ship. We help Amazon sellers grow their business by providing professional, detail-oriented prep and ship services. We require no startup fees. Our location in Oregon allows us to provide Amazon and other online sales fulfillment with no sales tax.
Amazon Seller FBA Services
As a Fulfilled by Amazon prep center, we work with FBA sellers and other clients ranging from high-volume, longtime sellers to newer online sellers who are just learning about the benefits of shipping from Oregon. We treat all our clients—and their merchandise—with care.
FBM Services for Amazon Sellers
We work with FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) clients as well as companies that need FBA fulfillment services. FBM orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours.
No Sales Tax
We are based in Oregon, the American state famous for having no sales tax, not anywhere in the state. Oregon Prep & Ship is centrally located in the state.
Inventory Lab
Our experience with Inventory Lab helps us provide services to successful, thriving Amazon sellers. Many of our clients count on Inventory Lab to streamline their listing, inventory, preparation, and shipping experience. Inventory Lab is a popular third-party inventory management and online business software that helps sellers track expenses, items, and more.
Amazon Seller Central
Our knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central helps us help our clients. Seller Central is where many sellers keep track of inventory, update listings, and track metrics and daily sales directly on the amazon.com site. Many sellers also use their Seller Central portal to contact Selling Partner Support.

Sometimes, our client roster is full and you’ll be put on a waiting list. We’ll notify you quickly if that’s the case.

Note: we require a small $250 deposit, due at signing, that is applied to your account.
Onboarding Process
Step 1: Complete the inquiry form to get started.
Step 2: OPS will provide a Google Sheet with detailed instructions to guide you through the next steps.
Step 3: Schedule a meeting to review any questions and clarify the process.
Step 4: Sign the contract and submit the deposit to finalize your commitment.
