Payment Schedule
Invoice payment
Oregon Prep & Ship requires payment upon invoice received. Invoices are typically sent out biweekly. A seven calendar day grace period is given to avoid late fees.
Late Fee Policy
On the seventh day of non-payment, a late fee of $150 will be applied to your account. This late fee will continue to escalate by $10 each day until the invoice is settled. After 15 days without payment, we will suspend shipping. If 30 calendar days pass without payment, Oregon Prep & Ship reserves the right to terminate your client status. Your items will be released only upon full payment of all late and storage fees. Additionally, please note that you forfeit all rights to ownership of your items after 45 days.
How It Works: Your Day
Your Prep Team Leader
Every client has their own Prep Team Leader. Your team leader will communicate directly with you. They'll notify you when they begin to process your orders, and also when your orders are complete. They will also get in touch if any issues or questions arise during the fulfillment process on your FBA or FBM orders.
Your Day
As a client, you'll be assigned a dedicated day—for example, Wednesdays. All of your stock on hand at our facility will be processed a minimum of once per week. If you consistently have a large volume of sales, you may be assigned two days of the week (for example, we would process and ship your items and inventory every Wednesday and every Friday).
Weekly Minimums
We require a minimum of 100 items per week. We will not send out a shipment on your designated day if you do not have a minimum of 30 units. You will be pushed to the following week to wait for a larger quantity.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit: Outbound
Oregon Prep & Ship handles your valuable merchandise with care. We use high quality packing materials and take the time to see that each shipment is packed thoroughly. Once the item leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands. Oregon Prep & Ship is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit once leaving the Oregon Prep & Ship location.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit: Inbound
We carefully examine your incoming inventory. If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will let you know on your designated shipment day. We hold these items for 7 calendar days. After that time, the items will be recycled, donated to charity, or otherwise discarded. If you receive notice from us that there is a problem with your incoming stock, please let us know how to proceed as soon as you can.
